I discovered White Coat Realty via BiggerPockets agent finder. I started working with Aaron in January and closed on duplex in March would have been fast if I was not using the VA loan. I was looking to house hack a duplex and he knew exactly what to send me and didn't waste either of our time sending me properties that did not meet my criteria. I began working with Aaron on January 13th. On February 27th we closed on a duplex in Tacoma. It probably would've been even faster had I not been using a VA loan. It only took a couple of weeks to find and get under contract on my property. I was looking to house hack a duplex and Aaron knew exactly what to look for. I would recommend working with Aaron with NO HESITATION! So many reasons why, but here are just three:
1) Integrity:
While it is rare to find, there is no doubt in my mind that Aaron has the highest level of ethics and truly fulfills his duty to put his clients first. He always put our priorities and needs as clients above his own. Rather than just wanting to close a deal, it felt like Aaron was looking out for us and was not afraid to extend the search process and start over if it meant protecting us from a sub-optimal deal. That matters a lot to us and because of Aaron's search and knowledge, we were able to find the right property with the right conditions (which he put in the contract) to start our real estate journey.
2) Expertise in Real Estate and Numbers:
His personal real estate portfolio and journey speak for themselves. Knowing that Aaron had gone through the process himself was a huge plus and made us confident about our decision. Additionally, I have met many people in the real estate industry who lack a comprehensive understanding of financial ramifications to advise clients (I'm a CPA so I have high standards!). However, Aaron starts all of his analyses with numbers and uses them to make projections, which we found highly useful and gave us peace of mind.
3) Work Style:
Aaron is just very pleasant to work with and from the beginning of the process until the end, he was extremely responsive, patient, and went the extra mile to make sure my wife and I were happy and confident with our purchase. He's very good at explaining things, even to the new investor (which we are). Even though our transaction closed two months ago, he has followed up with us several times and provided useful tips; I wouldn't expect that from a regular real estate agent but Aaron does it.
If any of those things are important to you, then you've found the right guy! I really believe that Aaron offers services that would be hard to match and we are definitely going to work with him again in the future.
