White Coat RE is truly unique in the greater Seattle-Tacoma real estate market. The professional approach we take to selling your home or investment property means that you can relax, knowing your sale is being handled by an expert in this area.
With a customized marketing plan that maximizes exposure of your home to interested buyers, an analytical valuation of your home that is proven to drive interest and generate offers, and the professionalism and integrity of a medical professional protecting your best interests, you can be sure that White Coat RE is working to sell your home quickly, at the best price, and with the least amount of hassle for you.
Here’s how it works…
Step 1: Getting Started
We’ll look at your property and provide you with a FREE Home Value Report.
Step 2: Complimentary Pricing & Marketing Consult
We’ll recommend a target sale price and describe our plan to sell it at that price quickly. We’re 100% transparent, so ask us any questions you have!
Step 3: Flexible Listing Agreement
Pay a fair commission and cancel anytime (though we are confident you’ll be more than pleased with the results!).
Step 4: Putting Our Full-Service Team to Work
We take care of 100% of the details from listing to “Sold!” so you can live your life while we work hard to sell your house fast.
Selling a multifamily property is even more challenging because investors care about different factors than a typical home buyer. If you can get your property in front of the right buyers, at the right times, with the right marketing message… your chances of selling faster for a higher price increase in big ways!

White Coat RE can help make sure you not only find the home or investment property you're looking for in the Greater Seattle Tacoma area, but also help you avoid common pitfalls and mistakes through extensive experience and an outstanding service team.
